Aging Like a Pro is a healthy aging education seven program series, offered in partnership with community centers, libraries and senior organizations that focuses on offering information for healthy aging and brain health while mitigating social isolation.
Genetic factors cannot be controlled, but many environmental and lifestyle factors can be prevented or managed to reduce risk of memory decline and even Alzheimer’s disease. Sleep Smarter, Mastering Mindfulness, Smart Eating, Exercise For Life, See Well:Age Well, Hear Well:Age Well and 11 Essentials for Healthy Aging focus on subjects that research has shown has cognitive benefits to allow for healthy aging.
